The 2020 season pears have been prepared in partnership with Ms. Gertrude Wall, who is a mentor to Tannur Ali and supporter of iLOGIC. Pears were harvested from her tree in Selma, Alabama and lovingly prepared by she and Tannur.
Ingredients: Pears, Sugar, ClovesOur current stock is from the 2020 harvest and is limited to the 200 lbs of pears that were available from this tree alone. Once we sell out, look for more in August 2021.
